Combined with a secondary rear staircase, upper-deck passengers can walk straight down and exit immediately, vastly speeding up boarding and minimizing peak-hour commuter congestion.

Engineered to maximize urban transit volume, the N12D accommodates up to 122 total passengers simultaneously (comprising 45 seats on the upper deck, 13 seats on the lower deck, and space for standing and dual wheelchair bays). This allows it to carry roughly 50% more commuters than standard 12-meter single-deck buses operating on the same lines.

Equipped with a high-density lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery system, the bus delivers over 400 km of real-world urban driving range on a single charge. It also supports dual-gun DC fast charging, allowing operators to rapidly top up the vehicle during scheduled service breaks.
